Screen Courier

Press the Print Screen button and the Screen Courier application will capture whatever is displayed on your screen. Once you have the screenshot, you can use Screen Courier to edit it: crop the image, add custom text, and more. And once you’re done editing the screenshot, you can share it with others. You can upload it to ScreenCourier.com, to ImageShack.us, to Dropbox, or you can store it in a custom directory.

You will have to complete a standard installation procedure to get started with Screen Courier. This means you will first have to download an installer onto your PC; said installer is less than 1MB in size, so that won’t take long. Then you will have to run the installer and follow the instructions presented by a setup wizard. Just keep clicking Next and you will be done in no time at all.

While Screen Courier is running, you will see an icon in the system tray. To customize how the application works, right click said icon and select Settings. From the Settings menu you can choose a supported languages, choose between JPG and PNG, set a compression level, choose where the screenshot will be saved (by default it is uploaded to ScreenCourier.com), select if you want to see notifications, and more.

The functionality Screen Courier has to offer can be divided into three categories:
Capture – press the Print Screen button and the application will take a screenshot of the entire desktop.
Edit – take the screenshot and crop it, add custom text, paint something on top of it, use a blur effect.
Share – you can upload the screenshot (edited or not) to ScreenCourier.com, ImageShack.us, Dropdbox, or you can store it in a custom directory. The application can automatically copy the link to the screenshot to your clipboard. Thus, you can paste the link into an IM message or an email message for example.

Screen Courier may be used free of charge by individuals, non-profit organizations, commercial organizations, and government agencies. The application can be used on single or multiple computers. It is free for non-commercial as well as commercial purposes.
